Services will commence upon receipt of a 50% upfront payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Refund Policy

No refunds once the design process has started.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before work begins to be considered.

3. Service Charges

Service charges may vary based on project factors. Clients will be promptly informed of any adjustments to charges.

4. Project Timelines

Project timelines will be communicated at the initiation of the project.

Client delays in providing necessary information or feedback may impact project schedules.

5. Communication and Feedback

Timely and constructive feedback from the client is crucial for project progression.

Changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients own intellectual property rights upon full payment for services rendered.

Abstract Digital Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in their portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details and any sensitive information confidential.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services in the event of a material breach or unforeseen circumstances.

Termination notice must include the reasons for termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve any disputes.

If a resolution cannot be reached, legal remedies may be pursued.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order implies the client's acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Clients are encouraged to thoroughly read and understand these terms before engaging in our services.
